The O’Connells shopping centre was a complete redevelopment of an existing iconic 5,500m2 shopping centre in the Queenstown CBD. Works included demolition back to the structure, seismic strengthening, new envelope, services, and fitout.

The building now contains a high-end food court on the ground floor, high-end retail on levels 1 and 2, with offices on the top floor.
