With over 20 years’ experience, the majority of which was spent working directly with major construction companies, Phil’s background reinforces the Rhodes + Associates point of difference; that we are more than simply a Professional Quantity Surveying company. Having a wealth of construction methodology knowledge means he regularly collaborates with project consultants at an earlier stage to deliver accurate cost planning.

Phil joined Rhodes + Associates in 2015, and enjoys helping guide clients through the entire journey, working collaboratively to obtain their project goals. He believes it is imperative that he keeps his clients’ projects on track by speaking up when required and never compromising quality.
