Toby has 15 years’ experience in construction and Quantity Surveying in a broad range of sectors including education, social housing, high-end and multi-storey residential, commercial construction, civil/infrastructure and sporting facilities.

He enjoys advising on construction costs to support informed decision-making early on in projects as well as mitigating risks, controlling costs and financial reporting throughout developments. Known for his personable and practical approach, Toby can assist projects to stay on track and within budget, and is also skilled in expert witness work, bank/financier reporting, and contract administration.
