Initially commencing work for a professional quantity surveyor in Southland, James moved to Christchurch (and Rhodes + Associates) in 2016 to broaden his experience.  That experience has grown to include a wide variety of services including government contracts, commercial alterations, restoration of historic buildings, insurance work, high end housing, commercial, and tourism projects

James provides continued and strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. He has been heavily involved in a range of projects of varying size and complexity, including a number of prominent developments.
