Gavin, as lead estimator, has over 25 years’ experience in both the UK and New Zealand and was one of the co-founders of Rhodes + Associates. He is known for his meticulous cost accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to add value. Gavin has been involved extensively with heritage re-build and re-development works as well as with mediation, expert witness, and client representation on several projects.
