The Arts Centre – Fitout
Fitout services were provided across The Arts Centre complex with a variety of project types including museum and art galleries, a cinema, the Observatory Hotel, a Creative Residence space with bedrooms, and shops.
The Arts Centre – Infrastructure + External Works

The Crossing
Rhodes + Associates provided support to the client by way of providing schedules of quantities for a large retail development in the Christchurch CBD. The project was complex with several stages, multiple buildings, and an existing heritage building that was being retained.
New Brighton Surf Life Saving Club
The oldest surf club in New Zealand, their clubhouse was damaged in the Canterbury earthquake, with this new development being built on a site further down the beach.
